CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING‼️‼️‼️ Soigné Luxe Experience Policies At Soigné Luxe Experience, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. These policies are in place to protect your experience, the stylist’s time, and the quality of every service provided. ⸻ 1. Booking Policy All appointments must be scheduled through the online booking system. • Appointments will not be booked through text, calls, or social media • You may text to discuss availability • If a time becomes available, you will be directed to book through the link No $30 deposit or card on file = No appointment reserved Appointments are first come, first served ⸻ 2. Deposit Policy A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposit goes toward your total service • No deposit = no confirmed appointment • Deposits may transfer if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe ⸻ 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance • 24+ hours → deposit transfers • Less than 24 hours → $30 deposit forfeited ⸻ 4. No-Call / No-Show Policy Failure to show up without notice will result in: • 100% of the service being charged • Must be paid before booking again • Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future services ⸻ 5. Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Please do not take this time for granted. • After 15 minutes → $10 fee for every 10 minutes late • At 25 minutes late → appointment is canceled • $30 deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook ⸻ 6. Hair Preparation Policy Shampoo is included with all services for your convenience. • Please arrive with hair that is reasonably detangled • Do not come with severely tangled or matted hair If hair is severely tangled or matted, a $65 detangling fee will be applied due to the additional time required and impact on other scheduled clients. If you choose to wash your hair before your appointment: • Hair must be clean and free of buildup or odor • If not, a mandatory shampoo service will be added with an additional fee Services are performed on clean, manageable hair only. ⸻ 7. Service Time Policy All clients are different, and service times vary. Teen and adult head sizes typically range from 20–24 inches, which impacts service time. Appointments may take anywhere from 3 to 8 hours depending on: • Head size and shape • Hair thickness and density • Style size and length • Added details (boho curls, designs, etc.) Please plan accordingly and allow enough time for your service. ⸻ 8. Hair Length & Thickness Policy All prices listed are starting prices. Additional charges may apply for: • Extra long length • Thick hair • Small parts • Added bundles or curls Clients will be informed before the service begins. ⸻ 9. Hair Provided Policy Hair is provided with most braiding services. • Please do not bring your own hair • If you have already purchased hair, you may return it for a refund Using provided hair ensures: • Proper quality • Correct texture • Enough hair for the full service • Consistent, luxury results ⸻ 10. Style Change Policy Please be sure of your desired style before your appointment. • No style changes once the service has started • Style changes before starting may result in price/time adjustments • If the new style requires more time, the appointment may be rescheduled ⸻ 11. Consultation & Photo Policy Clients are encouraged to bring or send inspiration photos. • Photos are a reference, not an exact replica • Results vary based on hair type and density If the booked service does not match the desired style, adjustments or rescheduling may be required. ⸻ 12. Phone Movement Policy To ensure efficiency and quality: • Please limit excessive head movement during your service • Constant phone use may slow down the service If movement delays the appointment significantly, additional time fees may apply. ⸻ 13. Extra Guest Policy To maintain a peaceful, luxury environment: • No extra guests allowed • Children must be receiving a service and supervised ⸻ 14. After-Hours Policy Appointments scheduled after 4:00 PM are considered after-hours services. • A $50 after-hours fee will be added • After-hours appointments are limited and must be approved in advance Clients must inquire via text and will be directed to book online if approved. ⸻ 15. Payment Policy The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: • Card (tap to pay) • Cash • Zelle Not accepted: • Cash App • Venmo • Apple Pay Please come prepared with an accepted payment method. Failure to do so may result in refusal of future bookings. ⸻ 16. Respect & Professional Environment Soigné Luxe Experience values a professional and respectful environment.
